Early Birds and Discovery Time
Early Birds and Discovery Time are our “before and after” enrichment programs that are available in some classrooms. The maximum hours of attendance at UCC Weekday School is from 8:00am – 2:30pm. Early Bird and Discovery Time are both an extra daily charge, and families must enroll their child for these programs at the time of school enrollment.
Community Garden
Made possible through the proceeds of our annual fundraiser, this space serves as an additional outdoor classroom learning environment for all of our classes. Additionally, students from TCU’s Nutritional Sciences program work with our students for an authentic farm-to-table experience.
STRETCH-N-GROW
As a part of our WDS schedule, we are pleased to offer Stretch-n-Grow, the world’s largest children’s fitness program, SNG encourages children aged one and older to move to music while teaching them about their bodies and healthy lifestyles.
MUSIC
Music plays a large role in our daily classroom activities. Formal music classes are provided through Musikgarten for our students ages 2 and older, while music is incorporated into the daily classroom for all age levels via recordings, instruments, singing, rhyming, rhythm.
